Ashburn, VA (Sports Network) - Washington Redskins kicker Kai Forbath is questionable for Sunday's game against the Green Bay Packers due to a groin injury.
Forbath missed a 40-yard field goal in last Monday's 33-27 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles. He connected on 17-of-18 attempts for Washington in 2012.
The 26-year-old Forbath was not listed on the injury report on Wednesday or Thursday.
Redskins coach Mike Shanahan said Friday that training camp kicker John Potter could be a potential candidate to fill in for Forbath if needed.
Potter appeared in six games a season ago for Buffalo, kicking off 26 times. However, he's never attempted a field goal in an NFL game.
