Philadelphia, PA (SportsNetwork.com) - Matt Kuchar holed out from a bunker at the final hole to win the RBC Heritage by a stroke on Sunday, and that victory inched Kuchar to fifth in this week's world golf rankings.

Kuchar's seventh career victory on the PGA Tour moved him up from No. 6 last week.

The top four players in the rankings remained the same, with Tiger Woods again being followed by Adam Scott, Henrik Stenson and Masters champion Bubba Watson.

Kuchar's move dropped Jason Day a place to sixth. Jordan Spieth jumped up a pair of spots to seventh, causing Sergio Garcia and Phil Mickelson to each fall a position to sit in eighth and ninth, respectively.

Rory McIlroy, Justin Rose, Zach Johnson, Dustin Johnson, Graeme McDowell and Steve Stricker all maintained their spots to sit 10th through 15th. Charl Schwartzel and Jason Dufner swapped places as Schwartzel moved up to 16th and Dufner fell to 17th.

Luke Donald finished in second place behind Kuchar at Harbour Town Golf Links to vault 11 places to No. 18, while Jim Furyk moved up a pair of slots to 19th and Jimmy Walker fell a place to round out the top 20.

Donald's and Furyk's moves caused Keegan Bradley and Victor Dubuisson to both fall out of the top 20.

Lee Westwood collected his first title in two years at the European Tour's Maybank Malaysian Open on Sunday, and that victory moved him up six spots in the rankings to No. 30.
