Philadelphia, PA (SportsNetwork.com) - Jason Day collected his first World Golf Championships title on Sunday, which helped him jump seven places in this week's world golf rankings.

Day, who won for the second time on the PGA Tour, vaulted to No. 4 in the new rankings.

The top three remained the same, with Tiger Woods followed by Adam Scott and Henrik Stenson.

Day's ascension bumped Phil Mickelson, Justin Rose, Zach Johnson, Rory McIlroy and Sergio Garcia down one spot apiece as they stand fifth through ninth.

Dustin Johnson dipped a pair of spots to 10th, while Matt Kuchar went down one to No. 11. Jordan Spieth and Steve Stricker exchanged places, with Spieth up to 12th.

Bubba Watson held steady in 14th this week, while Graeme McDowell jumped two to 15th and Charl Schwartzel remained No. 16. Jason Dufner climbed two to 17th and Ian Poulter tumbled three to 18th. Brandt Snedeker and Webb Simpson were 19th and 20th again this week.

Victor Dubuisson, who lost the final match to Day, climbed seven slots to 23rd.
