Jets, Tangradi agree to 2-year deal

Winnipeg, MB (Sports Network) - The Winnipeg Jets avoided arbitration with restricted free agent Eric Tangradi on Tuesday, agreeing to terms on a two- year contract with the young forward.

Tangradi split last season with the Penguins and Jets, totaling one goal and three assists in 41 games.

The 24-year-old native of Philadelphia has logged 81 games in the NHL over the last four years, picking up two goals and nine points.
