Newark, NJ (Sports Network) - The New Jersey Devils have acquired forward Matt D'Agostini and a conditional seventh-round pick in the 2015 NHL Entry Draft from the St. Louis Blues in exchange for a conditional fifth-round pick in 2015.
The 26-year-old D'Agostini posted one goal and one assist in 16 games played this season with the Blues.
D'Agostini, who was selected by Montreal with the 190th overall pick in the 2005 NHL Entry Draft, has 45 goals and 46 assists in 254 NHL games.
