Dallas, TX (Sports Network) - The Dallas Mavericks signed free-agent guard Mike James to a 10-day contract on Tuesday.
The 10-year veteran, who has had stints with the Miami Heat, Boston Celtics, Detroit Pistons, Milwaukee Bucks, Houston Rockets, Toronto Raptors, Minnesota Timberwolves, New Orleans Hornets, Washington Wizards and Chicago Bulls, holds career averages of 10.4 points, 3.6 assists and 2.3 rebounds per game.
