San Antonio, TX (SportsNetwork.com) - Lamar Jordan and Jhurell Pressley each ran for over 100 yards and a touchdown for the New Mexico Lobos as they topped the Texas-San Antonio Roadrunners, 21-9, in a non-conference game at the Alamodome.

Jordan completed 7-of-11 pass attempts for 72 yards for the Lobos (2-3), and kept the ball nine times for 106 rushing yards. Pressley had five carries for 102 yards and a score.

Blake Bogenschutz completed 10-of-16 pass attempts for 169 yards for the Roadrunners (1-4), and was also intercepted once. Jarveon Williams had nine carries for 95 yards and a touchdown.

The Roadrunners opened the scoring with 36 seconds left in the first half when Sean Ianno converted on a 20-yard field goal.

Early in the third quarter, UTSA added to its lead after a six-yard touchdown run by Williams, making the score 9-0 after a blocked extra point try.

The Lobos responded two minutes later on a one-yard rushing score by Crusoe Gongbay, to make it 9-7.

New Mexico pulled in front, 14-9, at the end of the third quarter on a nine- yard touchdown run by Jordan.

Midway through the fourth quarter, the Lobos extended their lead on a 77-yard touchdown run by Pressley to help seal the victory.

The Roadrunners were a dreadful 4-of-12 on third-down conversions, an area which really hindered their offensive production. UTSA was sacked five total times in the game.
