Recap: Tennessee vs. Florida

Knoxville, TN (SportsNetwork.com) - Freshman quarterback Treon Harris entered in the third quarter and rallied the Florida Gators to a 10-9 comeback win over Tennessee in Southeastern Conference play at Neyland Stadium.

Harris led both of Florida's scoring drives after replacing starter Jeff Driskel, who had thrown for only 59 yards to go along with three interceptions to land a spot on the bench. Matt Jones ran for 114 yards and a touchdown on 23 carries to help the Gators (3-1, 1-1 SEC) notch their 10th straight win in the head-to-head series.

Justin Worley completed 26-of-39 passes for 205 yards for the Volunteers (2-3, 0-2), who were coming off back-to-back road losses against nationally-ranked teams. Worley was intercepted twice and sacked six times in the loss.

After punting on their first three drives, the Volunteers got a boost from Cameron Sutton's interception near midfield, which set up a 36-yard field goal by Aaron Medley at the 13:23 mark of the second quarter.

Medley made it a 6-0 game with a 38-yarder early in the third quarter, following an interception by Todd Kelly, Jr. deep in Gators' territory.

Medley added three more points on a 39-yarder in the final minutes before halftime to send the Vols into the locker room with a 9-0 lead.

After a scoreless third quarter, Florida finally found the end zone at the 13:40 mark of the fourth on a 2-yard run by Jones. That drive was set up by Jalen Tabor's sack, forced fumble and recovery.

Austin Hardin gave the Gators their first lead of the game, 10-9, on a 49-yard field goal with 6:20 remaining in regulation. Jones had a key 32-yard run on the drive.

UT had one last chance in the waning moments, but after converting a 4th- and-10 into Gators territory, Worley was intercepted by Keanu Neal on the next play to seal the outcome.

The teams combined for only 28 first downs and 465 yards of total offense for the game.
