The Jaspers were the slightly more confident offensive team in the first half, shooting 36 percent from the floor to the Peacocks' mere 31.8 percent. Although the Peacocks knocked down just seven shots from the field, they helped themselves at the line, hitting 10-of-13. At halftime, however, they trailed, 30-25.
Failing to improve on their unstable first half performance, the Peacocks shot just 28 percent from the floor in the final 20 minutes. The Jaspers, though, turned up the heat, shooting 45.8 from the field, pulling away late for the 12-point win.
The Jaspers got 24 points from their bench en route to their seventh straight victory, and they remain unbeaten on the road this season.Game Notes
