Albuquerque, NM (SportsNetwork.com) - Cameron Bairstow delivered a double- double consisting of 24 points and 11 rebounds as the New Mexico Lobos captured a 90-72 win over the Nevada Wolf Pack in a Mountain West Conference battle in The Pit.

Nevada (12-14, 7-6), which has dropped four in a row, was paced by Cole Huff and Michael Perez with 18 points apiece, while Deonte Burton chipped in 12 points and handed out eight assists in the setback.

The Lobos scored the first points of the meeting and never looked back, converting a sizzling 65.5 percent from the field, compared to just 34.5 percent for the visitors, as UNM moved out to a commanding 48-24 advantage at the break.

In the second half the Wolf Pack battled back with not only 50.0 percent accuracy from the floor overall, but also 9-of-16 beyond the arc, but the deficit was too great for the visitors as they suffered the 18-point loss.

The Lobos outscored Nevada in the paint, 42-24, and turned 13 miscues by the Pack into 22 points.
