Recap: Oklahoma vs. Texas Tech

Norman, OK (SportsNetwork.com) - Paced by Robert Turner's 16 points, the Texas Tech Red Raiders went into the Lloyd Noble Center and upset the Oklahoma Sooners, 68-60, in Big 12 Conference action.

Turner shot 6-of-11 from the field and added five assists for Texas Tech (13-11, 5-6 Big 12), winners of three straight. Both Jaye Crockett and Dusty Hannahs finished with 10 points for the visitors, with Crockett hauling in eight rebounds as well.

For Oklahoma (18-7, 7-5), which has lost three of four, Cameron Clark matched a game-high with 16 points and Isaiah Cousins poured in 12 points.

Texas Tech took a commanding 37-21 lead at intermission by shooting 42.9 percent from the field in the first half while holding Oklahoma to only 28 percent shooting.

The Red Raiders continued to shoot well from the floor in the second half (.500) and extended their lead to as many as 20 early in the stanza. The Sooners got hot, making 53.1 percent of their field goal tries in the final 20 minutes, but their deficit proved to be insurmountable.

Texas Tech shot 20-of-27 from the free-throw line, while Oklahoma was a mere 6-of-12 at the stripe.
