The local Civil Air Patrol honored the U.S. military at the City of Lubbock Cemetery.
The ceremony was at the Veterans Memorial Monument which began by holiday wreaths being placed on veterans' graves at the city cemetery. The Civil Air Patrol raises money each year by selling holiday wreathes.
This year over 550 wreathes were purchased by the public.
