Foul play has been ruled out in the death of one of the people whose body was found in a Plainview mobile home last month.

The landlord discovered a man and a woman dead in the trailer in the 1300 block of Smythe Street on Aug. 2. Plainview police reported the death of 60-year-old Robert George Olszewski was not a homicide. The ruling by a justice of the peace was based on investigation, autopsy and toxicology results.

Police are still waiting on DNA tests to identify the woman. A ruling on her death has not been issued yet.
