Make a special Christmas memory while helping out a non-profit at the same time.

Minis and Friends is hosting a fundraiser where families can get a photo with Santa and a miniature horse.

Printed pictures are five dollars, people can bring their own cameras and take a picture for three dollars.

All ages are welcome as well as family pets.

There will also be a guitar raffled off signed by Reba McEntire, George Straight, Brad Paisley and Allan Jackson.

Minis and Friends is a local organization that cares for miniature horses and gives them the opportunity to be pet therapists around the community.

The adorable, scaled-down animals visit nursing homes, hospitals, schools and centers to bring smiles to those who need it most.

The non-profit is raising funds for a barn to house these animal ambassadors and keep them on the road to continue their healing work.

The photo opportunity is happening at KK's Corner mall, 66th and Indiana Avenue, on Saturday December 14 from noon to 2:00 p.m.

For more information visit the Minis and Friends South Plains Facebook page.

Warren Taylor, one of the organization leaders, introduces Fox 34's Brittany Price to one precious miniature horse, Snuggles.
