The testimony coming from the Medina divorce trial is no holds barred. Erik Medina testified that his estranged wife, Angelina Medina, attempted suicide after the birth of their first child. He said she assaulted him on the back of the head multiple times on March 22nd of last year. He admits he pushed back, and police were called.  He was arrested, but charges were not filed against him.

Erik Medina said his main concern is for his kids safety.  Child custody is one of the key issues in this case.

Medina's mother, Velma, testified the couple lived with them for six years, and from the beginning she noticed signs that her daughter-in-law was abusing drugs.  Velma Medina said Angelina Medina was verbally abusive to both her, and her son. She will continue her testimony Wednesday.
