As executive chef of operations for Texas Tech University, you could say Chef Dewey McMurrey has a full plate.
Despite his demanding day job, he is taking the time to rack up his credentials by competing in the
American Culinary Federation's Regional Chef of the Year contest. He will face off against three other talented chefs in Detroit, April 16th. Should McMurrey take the title, he will advance on the the ACF's National Chef of the Year competition.
