A woman from Post wins $1-million prize in the texas lottery. Tiffany Graves claims the first of 40 $1-million second-tier prizes available in the "Extreme Cash Blast" scratch- off game.
Graves said the first thing she plans to do with her winnings is buy a new home in the country.
She bought the ticket at the Nothin Butt Smokes store on North Broadway in Post.
