City Manager Lee Ann Dumbauld announced late Tuesday night that Mayor Glen Robertson is recovering following heart bypass surgery. Mayor Robertson was admitted to Covenant Hospital earlier in the evening and is now resting in the hospital’s intensive care unit (ICU).
Mayor Pro Tem Karen Gibson will be serving as mayor during Mayor Robertson’s recovery. No further details are available at this time. City Manager Dumbauld, Mayor Pro Tem Gibson, and the rest of City Council ask that you keep Mayor Robertson and his family in your thoughts and prayers.
