A defendant arrested on a retaliation charge is out of jail. Judge Jim Bob Darnell lowered Michael Austin Gebbert's original $150,000 bond to $15,000.
Investigators link Gebbert to David Ryan Watson, who's accused of kidnapping and sexually assaulting an ex-girlfriend.
Detectives say Watson mailed a flash drive containing explicit videos of that girl to Gebbert as part of a plan to post the videos online should anything happen to Watson.
