A trial date has been set for a former employee of a local bank who is accused of embezzlement. A federal grand jury indicted Donnie Wright last month.
Prosecutors contend he took more than a $1,000 from Bank of America in Lubbock from May of 2006 through January of 2010.
Wright remains free on bond until his trial, which is scheduled for February 4.
