What a bozo! This guy caused disruption and anxiety for so many yesterday. Definitely needs to be held accountable. I am just one person and besides a day of work missed and the extra 18 hours it took me to get home, I had to incur the expense of a hotel room for the night when I didn't make my connection with cab fare each way. Multiply that by hundreds of others that were in the same or similar positions and add to that the resources that needed to be called in to address. We should all be sending him a bill! On a positive note, thankfully this wasn't legitimate and we are all safe.
