The Polar Express is a train ride based on the popular children's Christmas book.

It departs from the Wolfforth Train station and takes riders to the "North Pole," where they pick up Santa Clause and his elves and bring them back to Lubbock. They are served hot chocolate and cookies on the way.

On the way back each child is given a silver bell that signifies their belief in the Christmas spirit.
