A Shallowater man pleaded guilty to one count of transportation of child pornography.
42-year-old Ruben Cuellar faces a sentence of no less than five and no more than 20 years in prison, up to a $250,000 dollar fine and lifetime supervision. Cuellar has been in custody since his arrest in March when pornography was discovered on his computer and seized by LPD officers.
