The Overton Hotel culinary team prepares four major holiday brunches throughout the year including Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter and Mother's Day.
Executive Chef, Patrick Tarantino, said Mother's Day is by far their biggest affair.
Tarantino said they expect around 1200 people to celebrate the mother in their life by attending the brunch.
The elaborate buffet features breakfast specialties, seafood selections, lunch items, a meat carvery, pastry station and even a children's buffet.
