Zach's Club offers a Warrior Boot Camp instructor by husband and wife, Todd and Lana Snyder. Todd is a Texas DPS Fitness Coordinator, Texas Ranger Special Operations Team Member, and Texas Ranger Tactical Tracking Instructor. The class involves interval training and resistance to build strength, power and muscle.
Warrior Boot Camp may seem intimidating to some, but both Todd and Lana Snyder said the entire class can be tailored to varying fitness levels. Also, people should expect positive reinforcement with group support and encouragement.
