Leaders of the Lubbock area United Way honored outstanding volunteers at the agency's annual meeting Tuesday. Jay Eagan received the Rita Harmon award for his lifelong dedication to community service.The group recognized Ann Duval as Volunteer of the Year for her support of Literacy Lubbock. The United Way also honored Amber Dean as Fundraising Campaign Volunteer of the Year.
