TXDOT reports I-27 has reopened between Lubbock and Amarillo. Most other regional highways are open, but some closures are possible where heavier snow fell.

TXDOT advises these interstates are closed due to significant blowing snow and tall snow drifts:
• Interstate 40 from New Mexico to Oklahoma
• Interstate 27 from Amarillo to Lubbock
• US 54 from New Mexico to Oklahoma
• US 87/287 from Amarillo to Oklahoma state line
· US 287 from Amarillo to Clarendon
Many other regional highways north of Lubbock have been closed. TXDOT advises you if you don't have to be out please don't be. U.S. 84 in Hockley County was closed as of late morning. At 12:50 p.m. TXDOT was closing U.S. 62/82 from the north side of Brownfield to Meadow. Also, 62/82 was being closed from CR 1300 in Lubbock County to the Lubbock County line.
Also, the Lubbock airport has been closed.
