Though there hasn't been much snow around Lubbock it has been enough to lead to some slick spots on the roadways.
I-27 northbound traffic is being diverted to the access road before the Regis Street overpass. Emergency crews have been working to pull a pickup from the edge of the bridge. The truck was safely abandonded, no one injured in the mishap.
Overpasses around the area have some ice on the surface. Even surface streets are slick, law enforcement earlier responded to a wreck at 82nd Street and Milwaukee Avenue.
