Lubbock Congressman Randy Neugebauer said he's disappointed in the President Obama's budget proposal.

He said it's out of touch with the opinions he hears from his West Texas constituents. In a statement, the congressman said, "It's frustrating that the president is proposing to add $8.2 trillion in new debt, and despite taking $1.1 trillion in new taxes, his budget never balances, which means he would allow America to continue digging into further debt. That might allow him to do what's popular now, but it's not a responsible plan for the future, and it's not a good way to govern."
