Lubbock Police report they received a 911 call around 3 a.m. Tuesday from a man claiming he shot and killed someone in Castro County.
Officers responded to the house where the call came from, in the 2000 block of 63rd Street.
Police scanner traffic indicates officers approached the house cautiously, working to get those inside to come out. Police have not yet released any details about the incident; they're also not confirming anything about the reported shooting. Our crews did spot homicide detectives on-scene.
