A person of interest has been named by investigators in the case of a missing woman from Hockley County.

It has been nearly six months since family members reported the disappearance of 30-year-old Maegan Hembree.

Lubbock County Sheriff's Deputies said she was last seen traveling in a red two-door Saturn on February 26 with Michael Todd Ramsey.

Ramsey is currently held in the Lubbock County Detention Center on unrelated charges.

Investigators said he is a "person of interest" in Hembree's disappearance.

They're asking anyone with information regarding Ramsey or Hembree's last known activities or whereabouts to contact Crimeline at 806-741-1000.
