Coach Mike Leach was back in Lubbock and he was not talking football, he is talking history.
Leach is a big history buff, and has written a book about the native american Chief Geronimo.

The book went on sale last week and the coach spent the evening signing copies at Barnes and Noble.

"When you play Cowboys and Indians I was always an Indian," Coach Leach said. "Then my mom took me to the library and I asked, 'where's the Indian section?' and she said 'well you can get one book and I'll read it to you.' So, I found the biggest Geronimo book I could find and that's where it all that started."

The book has a central focus on leadership and success and he said his book relates to anyone, especially the sport of football
