The federal grand jury in Lubbock indicted 43-year-old Lyle Shane Johnson on 13 counts of production of child pornography.
Johnson was initially arrested June 3rd by LPD officers investigating a report about a man using a cell phone to take pictures up girls' skirts at a Wal-mart store.LPD reported pornographic images involving children were discovered on Johnson's phone.
The federal indictment accuses him of producing child porn from 2009 to March of this year.
