Police have released the name of the Lubbock woman who died after a traffic crash on South Loop 289 Friday.
The rollover and collision happened in the westbound lanes east of University Avenue. Investigators said a driver lost control of an eastbound white pickup, which went airborne and crossed the median into the westbound lane. It struck a gray pickup, another vehicle and a white car.
Police said 63-year-old Marciela Hinojosa, driver of the car, died at a hospital. We are told two other victims from that crash had minor to moderate injuries.
