A Federal Grand Jury indicts a Lubbock man on drug charges related to his arrest last month on a parole violation. 25-year-old Jose Luis Archuleta faces one count of possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine and one count of possession with intent to deliver cocaine.U.S. Marshals arrested Archuleta on January 9th for violating his supervised release for a counterfeiting conviction. Marshals report they found drugs in plain sight, with the defendant, and contacted drug enforcement agents.
