- One box of curly pasta
- One bottle of Italian dressing
- One can of pitted olives
- One can of artichoke hearts
- One can of mushrooms
- Cook pasta in boiling water on high until soft.
- Run cold water over cooked pasta to chill.
- Mix entire bottle of Italian dressing in with pasta.
- Add in olives, artichokes and mushrooms.
- Stir until thoroughly mixed and enjoy.
This dish is better the longer you let it sit. It is great to make ahead of time and pack for lunches or serve at parties.
