The Texas Ethics Commission dismissed a complaint by a supporter of Lubbock County Commissioner Gilbert Flores against his Democratic primary runoff opponent.
Armando Gonzales claimed Lorenzo "Bubba" Sedeno failed to report campaign contributions and expenditures to Hispanic voter group La Fuerza.
Sedeno denies the claims.
Sedeno defeated Flores by 19 votes in the democratic runoff for county commissioner in precinct three. A letter from the ethics commission said that Gonzales missed the deadline to submit required information that was not included in his original complaint.
