A Lubbock woman has been jailed and is facing multiple charges after police reported she led officers on a car chase and crashed into two vehicles Wednesday night.

It started with a domestic disturbance report in the 6700 block of 86th Street. LPD reported 19-year-old Lindsey Jennings back into one of their patrol units at high speed, then took off. The high-speed chase weaved through southwest Lubbock streets for almost ten minutes.

Jennings reportedly crashed into another vehicle at 82nd and Slide, then tried to make a run for it, but was immediately arrested.

Jennings charges include aggravated assault on a police officer and evading arrest.
