He was not the first citizen, who asked the city manager to get rid of a corrupt employee, who is now a victim of a corrupt administrator's gross abuse of authority. Nor will he be the last victim of corrupt municipal officials. The corrupt ones, who persuade other government employees to attack, are being exposed as vicious bullies. The former manager was exposed and fired for telling subordinates to get her target victim(s) in trouble. The current manager, mayor, council, and EUB can either side with corruption, and keep the city cursed, or remove the corruption, and allow the city to grow from mere existence, to being allowed to live and flourish. Blessed are the peace makers like Kyle Sparks, who dare to fight against the darkness.
