This is a smokescreen. Tom Head knows as well as I do that the real enemy is not the UN but Amarillo! And when Amarillo comes, Head won't stand in the way; he'll invite them in and turn over our guns and all his new deputies to them. Check it out. Wall Street is taking over and Amarillo is a big part of the plot. Look at all the banks (Citi, Chase, etc) they have there. They are a terrible threat and if you don't believe it, it's because you haven't checked all the internet sites. I dare anyone to prove me wrong! Wake up! It's happenin', Reg!

Whats funny is that some claim this has been going on for years. Some claim that this "conspiracy" is upsurd. I know everyone commenting on here believes that the Holocaust happened. Hmm well there are many Germans who believe the Holocaust never happened. I wonder why. So really do your research, dont listen to Fox, CNN, MSNBC, and just be ready for whatever. Just because you think your smart does not mean you are.

I'm in Chicago at a national meeting. When people learn I'm from Lubbock what do they associate with Lubbock? Buddy Holly, Texas Tech or any of the other fine things that characterize Lubbock? No, they laughingly refer to Tom Head's prediction that if a sitting U.S. President is re-elected we'll have the U.N. rolling into Lubbock to quell the uprising. I don't care how you're going to vote in November. This tells me that the level of uncivil discourse has been raised to another new level. I am both saddened and embarrassed.

The underlying problem is the fact that Mr. Head hates black people period. "FOX 34 reached out to Judge Head to comment on this story. However, an aide told us he will not talk to the media until another 24 or 48 hours." Just like when he posted the racist picture of Obama on a PUBLIC bulletin board, he's giving his bigoted mind a few days to see how he can say how sorry he is and that he didn't mean it that way...bla, bla, bla...RACIST! This "man" should be taken out of office. Go to the next council meeting and tell Mr. Hate how you feel about him.

I'm so glad to hear him say what he thinks in public. Now citizens of Lubbock, please make sure you remember this when you go vote. He has to go. He can think how he wishes, but he can't be our judge. If he's elected, boot him out. If he's appointed, boot the person that appointed him out. It is that simple and at a local level, change can be real.

Our amendments belong to all of us!! And for those of you that are offended by this remark, that is too bad for you. You people that are complaining about what this judge believes, you don't deserve to speak freely. The liberals in this country are taking away our rights, and it is getting worse. I agree with what the judge said!! Something is going to happen, and the anti-gun, and non-thinking liberals that elected our president are going to wonder what happened when the 'civil war' starts. That is why the president chose to write into law on Thanksgiving weekend 2011, a declaration of Martial Law. If you don't believe this, you can find it on the web. He gave authority to all NATO forces to enter your home, remove all firearms, food, water, etc... There is a reason he did this!! I feel sorry for those who don't have firearms. You won't stand a chance. I will be glad to hand over my firearms, but I guarantee that they will get all of my ammunition first!

This paranoia about black helicopters and FEMA concentration camps and the UN taking over America, or confiscating our weapons, or Obama instituting Marshal law, etc. has been around for decades. Read some of the lunatic fringe stuff from back in the 50's and it's no different than what we're seeing today. It's so sad how so many Americans fall for the nonsense they read on the internet or hear on talk radio, totally forgetting how our government works. Our founding fathers, who these people supposedly admire, set our government up to specifically limit a President's power; that's why we have 3 branches of government, and a system of checks and balances. Having lived in a country that allowed too much power to a single individual, they set out in our Constitution a form of government that makes tyranny impossible. A President can't create law, that's Congress's job. He can't change or judge a law, that's the Supreme Court's job. He can't raise or lower gas prices. He can't create or destroy jobs, again Congress's job. He can say what he wants done, but without the consent of Congress, nothing happens. IF a civil war were to break out, like these people are hoping for, it will be because of their delusions and fantasies. This Judge thinks it's the UN armor he's going to stand in front of? If it were true civil war, it would instead be his fellow countrymen from the local National Guard he'd be opposing, and only because the whack-jobs started it by breaking a host of laws when they finally decide to "resist!" and start playing out their fantasies. In 4 years, I'll still have all my guns, I won't be using "registered ammo," none of us will have been "rounded up," and the United Nations will still be as toothless as it is now. You'd think the lunatic fringe/conspiracy theorists will be a little embarrassed, but they won't. They'll claim their "vigilance" prevented it, and go on playing army in their backyards. I won't be abducted by aliens, either.

It's really a shame that someone who is obviously insane can hold the office of judge in this country. I feel sorry for the poor souls that have to come before him in an official capacity

If you look up NAFTA super highway you see it goes through Lubbock on I-27, and now Hale Center is ordering outrages numbers of medical supplies but WHY. Also Hale Center was in the talks of letting FEMA build a camp near why, but WHY
