Littlefield police are investigating the town's first bank robbery in years.
Lt. Tony Mendez said a representative of First Federal Bank reported a man came into the bank about 1:30 Friday, and stole an unknown amount of money and fled on foot.
No one was hurt. Lt. Mendez said investigators may possibly have identified a person of interest.
However, he would not say whether that person is in custody at this time.
The FBI has been contacted to assist in the investigation.
