Two suspects have been arrested in two different cities for an unsolved homicide in 2008.

Gaines County Sheriff Ronny Pipkin opened the cold case after taking office in January of this year. The victim, Robert Glen Bryant, was murdered at his workplace on March 25, 2008. The Gaines County Sheriff's Office handed down two first degree murder indictments in the case for 43-year-old Jose Luis Villarreal and 48-year-old Patricia Rene Graves.

Villarreal was arrested Thursday, July 11 in Hobbs. He is currently in the custody of the Gaines County Sheriff's Office.

Graves was arrested last Thursday in Mineral Wells. She's awaiting extradition back to Gaines County. She is being held on $250,000 bond.
