Crews extinguish Central Lubbock fire

Lubbock Fire Rescue crews have extinguished a structure fire near 27th Street and York Ave.

Captain Nick Wilson says it took about 20 minutes to extinguish the fire at the town home.

One man was transported to the hospital with minor injuries.

The cause of the fire is unknown at this time. The fire marshal is investigating the cause of the blaze.
