Hundreds of people honor Dr. Martin Luther King Junior's legacy by performing community service throughout Lubbock.

Many of them spent a holiday from their jobs, working on the future of East Lubbock Gateway and Caviel Museum.
The museum, located on 17th and Avenue A, is the former spot of Caviel Pharmacy.
