The conditions at this apartment complex are not improved. The tenants have not had running water for over 10 days now and the owner is aware of the situation. The remedy is a community shower for everyone to use until it can be fixed. This is unsanitary and unsafe. Something must be done to get the tenants relocated to a residence with running water.

Well it's about time this made the news. Sadly enough these problems are not anything new. They are so very beyond common around there. My mother and I have had to put up with this for over eight years now. Eight years of putting up with broken down washers, bad pluming, no hot water for extended periods of time, mold everywhere due to water leaking through the ceiling, and the owner of the apartment choosing not to do anything even though he knows that he can. I'm sorry but when you run six other apartments other than the Baytree, and you have been doing it for years says to me that you have no excuse to say "its hard to run that one apartment." If it is so hard then why not fly your idiotic ass back down to Lubbock and fix these problems? You know about them right? Or should I say you have already known about them for a long time now huh? Don't be fooled. The owner has always known about these problems. It's about time something got done to fix them. Like I say, my mom and I have put up with this for about eight years now. Eight years and we never missed a payment on rent or anything. Eight years and this is the first time that I have heard about anything actually being done over there. Thank God something will get done.
