American Eagle upgrades all Lubbock flights to jets

American eagle, one of Lubbock's regional carriers that flies to DFW airport, is making a switch passengers will appreciate.

The subsidiary of American Airlines will be replacing turbo-prop aircraft with regional jets for flights out of DFW to Lubbock and 13 other markets. Lubbock Aviation Director James Loomis says the last turbo-prop flight will be on January 31st.
