I guess we can approve of Lubbock's water being sold to the residential and commercial customers in Post, providing that the customers there pay the city of Lubbock utilities at least as much as the city of Lubbock charges the LP&L&W customers. This shall include but not be limited to: excessive meter fees, excessive storm water fees, and excessive misc taxes. The city of Lubbock can then afford to erase the excessive fees from it's own customers. If they fail to charge Post the excessive fees, it shall be considered as prima facie evidence that the city of Lubbock utilities, and the municipal government, is bigoted and biased against the residents of Lubbock. The Lubbock consumers have no choice, but to pay the fees to purchase water, so the people of Post must also pay the fees if they want to buy our water. Unlike the people in Lubbock, Post has the freedom to look at other water providers.
