U.S. Ag Secretary Tom Vilsack says he's positive on the progress on what he calls the food, farm and jobs bill. .

The Senate passed its version, the House is expected to take up the issue soon. But there are significant differences between the two versions. He says cuts to food stamps in the House Version are too high.
