A man police said caused a head on collision is out of the hospital. The wreck happened in the 16-hundred Block of 50th Street. Investigators said 58-year-old James Cobbs failed to drive in a single lane and crossed over the median slamming into another car which was carrying two passengers.One of the victims remains in critical condition. No information has been released on the condition of the second passenger but he is not believed to be seriously injured.
