A trust fund administrator from Lubbock has been sentenced to 33 months in federal prison after pleading guilty to one count of tax evasion.
In June, Randy Lynn White admitted he did not file income tax returns for 2007, 2008, and 2009.
White was the trustee of the Frank F. Mcmordie Jr. Family Trust, which includes a large ranch in the Panhandle with mineral interests.
According to court documents, White confessed that he paid himself excessive administrative fees and spent trust fund money to buy luxury items.

U.S. District Judge Sam Cummings ordered White to pay more than $211,000 in restitution, and to report to prison on November 7.
